Death of a loved one can affect us in many different ways.  There is really no right or wrong way to grieve.

A beloved spouse, parent, child, sibling, friend, family member, or loving pet can naturally cause us pain and saddness when they die.  Their death may bring up many complicated emotions.  You may even begin to question existence itself, meaning of life, and purpose for living.
